Founded in 1997 by professional tennis players and investors, the academy started as a passion-driven initiative and quickly evolved into a full-fledged sporting club after remarkable success.

The club is located 1km from Cairo International Airport, and at walking distance (5 minutes) from Novotel Cairo Airport hotel.

Camp Info

The participation fee for each camp is USD 1,650, covering:

  • Training sessions
  • Airline ticket
  • Visa
  • Travel Insurance
  • Full board meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner)
  • Hotel accommodation
  • Tourism day in Cairo with lunch
Accompanying Parents

Parents who wish to accompany their children are more than welcome. They must provide their personal information and upload their passport in the registration form.

Visa Requirements

For European and North American passport holders: Visa available on arrival at Cairo International Airport.
For Lebanese passport holders (ages 16-50) you need to provide the following documents:

  • Original passport
  • Two passport-sized photos
  • Justice record
  • Employment or student certificate
  • Detailed home address
  • Mobile number
  • Documents must be submitted by March 10, 2025
Terms of Payment
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit per participant is required within 3 days of submitting the online registration form to secure participation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid no later than Thursday, April 3, 2025 (15 days before the travel date).
  • Accepted Payment Method:
    • Cash payment to the organizer
    • Money transfer via OMT or Wish under the name of Louis Baz (all sending, transfer, and withdrawal charges shall be borne by the sender).
  • Non-Payment: Failure to complete the payments within the specified deadlines may result in the cancellation of the participant’s registration, with the deposit being non-refundable.
Participant Cancellation
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: Full refund minus administrative fees ($150).
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the travel date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date: No refund.
Event Cancellation by the Organizer
  • If the event is cancelled due to not reaching the minimum required number of participants, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, pandemic restrictions, etc.), the event may be postponed or cancelled. In such cases, participants will be given the option of a refund or rescheduling.
